摘 要
绩效考核在当今人力资源管理乃至整个企业发展中占据着关键性地位,其目的是促进员工发展、实现组织目标。在人力资源层面,绩效考核可以推动人力资源管理的系统化。在员工层面,绩效考核可以提升员工工作的动机水平以及起到约束员工工作行为的作用。从而在整体上加大对员工的激励力度,调动员工的工作积极性与主动性,以协助企业在高速、健康的轨道上持续发展。笔者通过以北京百度网络公司为案例,综合运用所学的理论知识和参阅的大量文献,对该企业员工绩效考核问题进行分析研究。以达到能够综合运用所学理论,并密切结合企业实际,进行深入研究探讨,为企业人力资源管理方面提供科学建议,并提高在今后工作中分析问题解决问题能力的目的。

Performance appraisal in today's human resource management and the whole enterprise development occupies a pivotal position, and its purpose is to promote staff development to achieve organizational goals. In the human resources level, performance appraisal can promote systematic human resource management. The employee level, you can enhance staff performance appraisal motivation levels and play the role of constraints employee behavior. Thereby increasing the overall incentive for employees efforts to mobilize staff enthusiasm and initiative to help enterprises in the high-speed, continuous development on a healthy track. The author in Beijing Baidu Internet companies as an example, integrated use of theoretical knowledge and see a large number of documents, the enterprise employee performance appraisal problem analysis. Able to achieve the integrated use of theory, and closely combined with the actual conduct in-depth research study, human resource management for the enterprise to provide scientific advice and analysis in future work to improve problem-solving skills problem purpose.
